Terms & Conditions of Sales

1. Reservation

The client selects the services presented. They acknowledge having read and understood the nature and booking procedures and having requested and obtained the necessary information to make their booking with full knowledge of the facts. The client is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability for their needs; therefore, we cannot be held liable in this regard. The booking is deemed accepted by the client upon completion of the booking process.

The customer agrees to complete the information requested on the booking request and attests to its truthfulness and accuracy.

The reservation is considered formed upon sending the electronic booking confirmation to the customer.

2. Cancellation or modification due to the customer

The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Cancellation or modification of the reservation is made directly with "Grange Carrée" by email or telephone.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the date; 50% of the total amount will be due for any cancellations made after this time. No-shows will result in full payment of the reservation.

All reservations are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for payment.

3. Consumption of the service

Our establishment is known to be non-smoking . This applies to all indoor spaces, the terrace, and the relaxation area around the pool. Smoking is permitted elsewhere in the garden.

Pets must remain under their owner's control and must never roam freely in the garden. They must respect our animals.

We ask our customers to participate in our eco-responsible approach by avoiding any waste of energy or water.

Rooms must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, with waste disposed of in designated areas.

4. Price and Payment

The prices associated with the reservation are indicated before and during the booking process. Tourist tax and pet supplements are payable during your stay.

- Online booking; Reservations can only be validated by directly entering a valid credit card number, expiry date (the card must be valid at the time of booking), and security code in the designated field (secure entry via SSL encryption). A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking; the balance will be paid on arrival by credit card, bank check, cash, gift voucher, or ANCV holiday voucher.

Entering the required bank details, along with accepting these terms and conditions and the booking confirmation, constitutes an electronic signature which, between the parties, has the same legal value as a handwritten signature. The computerized records stored in the elloha.com computer systems will be kept under reasonable security conditions and considered proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. The customer is informed that their IP address is recorded at the time of booking.

- Booking by email or telephone: Payment is made in full during the stay.
